These people hate and resent people with Groupon coupons. At first they refused to change the oil unless the coupon was at least 24 hours old. They said they would change oil and then people would ask for a refund through Groupon. I can see why. This was the worst service I have ever received. They even yelled at me when I asked them to clean the windows and vacume the floor. I don't think they want oil change customers. It makes you wonder if this is a front for another business.
I was charged almost 15 dollars in additional fees and taxes on top of the groupon which I thought was outrageous.
They refused to accept my groupon when I went first time since I did it 24 hours ago. Went for 2nd time but job wasn't done properly. Never going here again.
I have an older, 2000 MBZ with 190K miles on it, and the manufacturer recommends synthetic oil. I told them to use standard multi-viscosity petroleum motor oil, and the manager seemed a bit put-out, but conceded without too much hemming, and hawing. They have an up-charge for more than 5-qts of oil (+$2.47/qt), and an up-charge for import oil filters (+$7). So, I ended up providing my own oil filter to save time, and the up-charge. Service performed quickly, the additional maintenance checks were accurate. I recommend this lube shop for oil changes, and safety checks.

Worst customer service. Lazy employees, talk too much getting zero work done. Unprofessional looking with long dirty red hair. Did not vacuum my car. Had to ask two employees to clean my window Robert & Jarvis two lazy employees.
