They were very nice and made me feel comfortable. Unfortunately, the treatment had no effect. In the past when I have done ipls/ photo facials the result was noticeable bring dark spots to the surface that later schluffed off. That never happend. There has been no change in my skin it doesn't even look like I had anything done. The dark spots are all still the same.

Had a wonderful experience at Madsen Medical Spa! Everyone was friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and professional, which is pretty much the perfect mix when undergoing vulnerable medical procedures. The treatment itself was thorough and I am excited to see the results!

I have only had 1 treatment so I can’t speak to the results yet. However, I was so happy with the staff, they were awesome. So friendly and helpful!!!!!!
