The service wasn't fantastic and the nails chipped really quickly

the nail tech rushed through the appointment and the polish didn't even cover my whole nail. the job was sloppy and very poorly done

Even though I made an appointment beforehand I was told I had to wait a 1/1 hr when I arrived. No apology was gone for me having to wait. Then during my pedicure the guy took a break an came back stinking if cigarette smoke. When I moved to the manicure station I waited for 5 minutes while the guy cleaned he pedicure station. My nails were nicely painted but rough and I had to go home and file every nail to get rid of sharp edges and corners.

I made an appt for first thing in the morning and they didn't not show up for the appt. Then when I went back and mentioned what had happened the owner yelled yes yelled at me that it wasn't his fault and that he is not responsible for keeping appts!!! Nina that works there did a great job but the owner is the reason why I wouldn't go back. I was there for 2 hours and I was the only customer there and that tells me he doesn't have loyal customers for a reason!
