They were not thorough at all. My car wasn't fully washed and there were many parts inside that were left untouched. For example: cup holders, center counsole, doors, etc.

The outside was nicely detailed; the inside was not... at all. I wouldn't pay $60 for the package again. The actual price is $120... hopefully they do a better job on customer cars that have paid full price.

The Groupon was supposedly a 60% discount for a $120 detailing. Their sign at USA Auto Detailing says "A Full Detailing Pkg @ $120. However, when I got there, the owner said the offer was not for a full pkg, rather the exterior & limited interior. My car was definitely cleaner, but when I got home, I spent 90 min. finishing the job which included vacuuming, dusting, & scrubbing the interior. I still have the seats to do. I was disappointed.

I am nfot sure what work was done. Had to go back to have the dad board cleaned as it was clearly dusty. The outside looked clean, but the inside did not seem touched.
