Dress comfortable because you will be moving around a lot yet ensure you dress covered and protected because it is high impact where it can cause bruising and swelling to the areas that you get hit. Overall, it is very fun and definitely recommend.

Very difficult to get a hold of them. Also not sure if they are still in business so beware you will lose your money and groupon has no way to refund your funds if they move or change their name.
