This was not it. Bre was nice but the lashes were horrible. I asked for cateye and got caterpillar. Then I got an eye infection the next day. From the time I left the salon lashes were falling off. Call me TinkerLash because I was sprinkling lashes everywhere I went. For the price this is a definite no! Never again. Then there’s a $15 additional fee just to book your appointment. I don’t recommend

Jenny could not have said it any better. It was my FIRST set ever so I had no idea what to expect. Kris made me feel like an inconvenience and a burden. I would give the place a try again if I could be 110% sure she was not working there. The salon had a good vibe but she was not friendly at all and I could not fully open my eyes for 3 days.

I bought this Groupon based on the reviews on Bre; however, when I went to schedule for eyelash extensions the only person to book with was Kris. I was not happy that I had to Venmo $15 to Kris to confirm the appointment so beware this is an additional cost! My first appointment was cancelled about 1 1/2 hrs before the scheduled time by Kris and Kris was late for the second appointment. I have never had eyelash extensions before so I was apprehensive. Unfortunately, I did not know what to ask for and told her that I bought the middle Groupon (Kim K hybrid) not knowing which would be best for me. She said she would take care of me and not go too long. It took about 2 hours and afterward it looked like I had caterpillars on my eyes. My lashes were very full and above my eyebrows. Kris did not talk about the process or show pictures of my options or explain what she was going to do or how it works. I only knew what I saw on videos which was one lash per natural lash. She told me it would be a confident booster but I was embarrassed to be seen. I text her with my concerns the same day and got no response until close to 11 PM. I text her back and the following morning and she replied and told me we could do a removal. I text back asking to do the removal that day and still no response from her as of the time of this review. I have since had to cut them down myself. I've used olive oil to loosen them and remove them which is painful while trying not to lose my natural lashes. I steamed the lashes and put water on them trying everything I could from home. I've gotten off so many lashes and still have an incredible amount left. Every lash that came out had 5-8 lashes per individual lash. Some were glued to my eyelid and not a lash which made it very uncomfortable on my eye. I can't even begin to say how disappointed I am. This has been a terrible experience. Kris seems nice as this is her second career, however, her customer service is lacking and if you are sensitive to cigarette smoke you would have difficulty sitting in her chair for 2 hours. I do not recommend Kris or this salon based on my experience. I guess you get what you pay for but I will not be back! This has been a nightmare!
