The chefs at King Seafood Market & Restaurant have the largest pantry around: the open water. Their location in the Florida Keys sits at the nexus of the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico, where their own boats go out in search of stone crab, spiny lobster, mahi-mahi, and other species. On a good day, they might even bring home a blue marlin so big a forklift is required to raise it above the docks.
