The Sightseeing Pass is an attraction pass that allows the customers to create their own sightseeing tour with an unlimited admission to the popular landmarks. This has been the worst groupon experience I have ever had. The groupon price was higher than the direct price. The code didn't work when we got to the vendor in Key West, and Groupon is giving me a two week runaround to get my money back. I am very angry. I want my refund now and no more excuses or asking me the same questions that were answered in the 60 minute live chat until Joy disconnected me while we were trying to get a code that would work and we stood there at the vendor with a non-working code and a reservation. Refund my money ASAP.

Enjoyed parasailing and snorkeling- truly incredible deal. Note the parasailing only available for 9am Time slot but we loved it. Snorkeling was a blast- excellent snorkeling site and would definitely do it again. Unbeatable value

The company, sunset sports would not allow me to use during the holiday weekend. The city pass does not say this is excluded on their site. Sunset does not allow these passes on holidays and is the majority of not all the attractions/activities on this pass offered in key west
