Their tour and deal was just a joke. The meeting locations, either written GROUPON web site, or by their email, were totally wrong. We called them several times to ask direction but felt even more frustration. We also asked around the meeting location but no one heard them. I don't know why GroupOn allow this happen.

Would not let a group of 3 people go, even though they sold individual Groupons. Had to forfeit groupon

Can’t really say much about this hike/tour. Bought it to use while I was in Hawaii for a friend’s wedding. When I tried to follow the redemption procedures it was discovered that even though it was advertised as such it was not available in Hawaii. After some back and forth with Groupon and the vendor I was able to get a refund/Groupon exchange for this.

I was a bit disappointed with this tour. The tour guide never showed so was really only able to do the main trail hike. The other trails available are very hard to find and not marked well. I actually didn’t even notice them while hiking the main trail and found out about them after the fact using an app for hiking trails. The company did refund my money with no extra hassle.
