They do a great job, but this was certainly a shorter version of their "full price" service... 30 minutes vs. the normal 60 ...But for the $25, still a good value.

I am very disappointed in this Groupon experience. The nail salon that issued the Groupon closed but the same owners have another location nearby of the same name. I called and they said they are accepting the Groupon, but only Monday-Thursday. I understood but wasn't happy about not being treated like any other customer. I made an advance appointment as requested. When I arrived I was told that I could not get a gel Manicure that I paid for, but just the basic manicure and pedicure. I explained that the groupon was for a gel manicure, but the owner said she wasn't going to honor that and I would have to pay $10 more if I wanted what I already paid for and she added that I should "tell it to Groupon" if I wasn't happy. I was rushed through a basic mani pedi, which is the same if not lower price than the Groupon! I basically overpaid in advance for rude service and poor quality. You should let others who have bought this Groupon know that it is not being honored.

Terrible service and very rude, even cut me and I was bleeding in two spots.

The groupon did not match the service, not very friendly.
