I've heard for awhile that B12 shots were good for energy, but never expected to need them for an actual deficiency until I started to feel the signs begin. I found Gambhir Cosmetic Medicine through Groupon and am so glad I did! I got the series of 5 and am on my second shot and have started feeling much better. When I show up, I'm in and out so quick.
