I only took one class so far so it's difficult to say how my experience was but when I arrived I had to wait 15 minutes before someone even spoke to me and when they finally did the lady was extremely rude (I would've walked out if I didn't already purchase a groupon). Besides that the class was fun and very intense but it was difficult to hear the lady.. Another place I tried classes had someone use a headset to make it easier to hear . Also it's difficult to follow what's happening as a beginner. The gloves they give you with this groupon KILLED my hands I was in more pain with that then the actual workout. I will be going back to finish my groupon out and try a new class/trainer but I would not open a membership with them

Love CKO Butler. The instructors are great, but it may take a few classes to get into it and get the moves down. Go at your own pace. I signed up for a full membership after the groupon.
