HORRIBLE. Worst eyebrow waxing i've had EVER in the 10 years i've been getting them done. First of all, I was very particular about how I wanted it shaped so I told her emphatically that all i wanted was a cleanup. just get rid of the stray hairs...no shaping or making my eyebrows thin. She nodded and did the COMPLETE opposite. She stripped my eyebrows and now all that is left is a super thin strip where my eyebrows were. I was extremely upset and all she had to say at the end was, "don't cry about it..it will grow back in 2 weeks." HORRIBLE service. HORRIBLE experience. horrible waxing.
