Employees were not trained about Groupons. Manager or supervisor wasn't trained about it, nor was he trained about customer service. He was unfriendly and frustrated that I was there with an expired groupon trying to use the paid value. Worst experience ever with groupon and well-known store, such as QFC

Get your act together before doing another discount like Groupon. When I went to use my Groupon about a month after it came out, NO ONE, including the manager, knew how to do it!!! Does Groupon coach them when they buy the deal? If not, they should.
