J & S Chinese Acupuncture Clinic, Monroe

Dr. Jie Shen studied acupuncture, herbal medicine, and Western treatments in China before moving to the US to continue her practice. After she arrived, she earned her acupuncture certifications three times over—in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania—and settled into J & S Chinese Acupuncture Clinic.

At the office, she applies her 20 years of experience toward relieving a host of ailments such as chronic pain, allergies, infertility, respiratory problems, and emotional disorders. Dr. Shen also encourages patients to participate in a regular tune-up program, arguing that bodies, like cars, need to seen regularly by a professional in order to prevent wear, tear, and rust.
