They had to wash the car twice. And when they wiped it down the second time they didn’t get all of it so there was water spots everywhere and still dirt on the bumper the wheel-wells and the grill. They did try to make it right and even after two hours, it wasn’t.

Terrible!

I got the “Paradise” wash because it was the best and highest option. I thought my car would be gleaming. When I pulled it up for the towel dry, they didn’t dry the top so I had to ask them to do so. The wheels were done halfway so when I got home I applied my own tire wet and had to take a brush to do the rims right. I rarely put bad reviews here, but this was pretty bad service. I won’t go back.
