Hi Abbie, We’re truly sorry that your experience at MONIK Studios did not meet your expectations. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, as we value every comment as an opportunity to improve. We’d like to clarify that our rooms are designed to provide privacy and comfort within an open-concept layout, which many of our clients appreciate for its efficiency. However, we understand that this may not be ideal for everyone, and we are currently reviewing ways to improve this area. Regarding the wood therapy session, we’re sorry it wasn’t to your liking. Every body and preference is different, which is why we always encourage our clients to communicate with the therapist during the session to adjust pressure or technique as needed. As for the language barrier, we do have bilingual staff on our team, but we regret if clear communication wasn’t achieved at the time. We are taking steps to ensure there is always someone available to assist in English. Thank you
