2 out of 3 appointments cancelled with only about one hour notice, despite tipping generously of $20. I asked for deep tissue and was informed only 10 minutes into it that that particular female only did Swedish. Then I was informed after they had been paid that they no longer accept groupon. Was very difficult to get from Groupon (credit no refund)for the other 2 and only after 3-4 requests.

Purchased the 3 massage package, only got to ever use one. The massage itself was wonderful. However, the problem came when I tried to redeem my next massages. I booked then had to change my date, then she had something come up and had to cancel. No big deal stuff happens. That took us into the holidays though, so after the holidays, I reached out several times to try & book. She never called back

they cancel 3 time my appoitment and now im waiting for 3 week to return my money. they said is not more gropon massage in that clinic per Dr Afzal (owner) so why still show this clinic in groupon. dont lost your time here...i want my money back
