The manager in Kissimmee was rude so I went to Clerment the staff were nice.It is missing proper follow up and guidance to loose weight and also motivation.They are overworked,may be also Because it was a groupon!I did weight loss program before and it was much better I feel like I wasted my money!

Had an Sergio experience, rather than 2 hours my appt was almost 4 hours. Then felt like I was being sold products versus doing and educating me with my best interests.
