Too much pork. The meat was dry and tough. Not enough selections of meat types and cuts. The salad bar has a poor variety of outdated dishes . An hamburger in a fast food restaurant would have been a better choice for dining . A definite waste of time and money.

The buffet hot food had been out for hours and was dry. The meat had been kept under heat lamp and was dry. The pepper steak was mostly fatty.
