They never pick up the phone or return calls. The VM is always full. Had to call Ktichener location to see if they went out of business. Cancelled the groupon session once, cancelled it 2nd time - and only by luck did we find out it was cancelled. NEVER again!!! Plus, they marked my Groupon as used & it was never used.
