She was 20 mins late. She said my daughter's hair was too long (mid back) and that there would be a $15 charge for her length. She also said in order to highlight her hair with the Groupon deal it would be a $40 extra charge for highlights all over. Too many extra charges!

The haircut was good, but the stylist was very chatty. I was unable to sit and enjoy the deep comdition. Stylist took extra time with me, but left a client sitting 30 minutes. It was a double sided sword. Although good for me not for other.
