My appointment had been rescheduled 3 weeks prior as the therapist was only working on Mondays. I showed up on Monday and she no longer worked there. No one called. The manager there felt bad and said, we'll make your next appointment with the other therapist 1 1/2 hours for the price of 1 hour. I got my massage, but she only did 1 hour. She said the schedule does not allow them to schedule 1 1/2 hours. Very disappointed. The owner said she had never had a massage before. They also have 2 regular prices $65 for Relaxation massage, and $85 for Swedish. I am a massage therapist x 13 years and have been an instructor at a massage school. This is the most unprofessional place. There is no such thing as Relaxation massage especially a $20 difference between whatever that is and Swedish.
