Front desk staff weren’t trained on how to redeem the Groupon properly. It was determined I need to sign a tanning waiver, which I had to chase because they didn’t follow up and send it to me. After a month of use, suddenly I couldn’t tan any more. Had to call Accounting. More forms. Then they couldn’t find my redeemed Groupon voucher (which I also sent). I would never use again. Cancelling member

Wonderful staff and clean, safe club. The equipment is top notch and if you ever have a concern they address it immediately. I personally don't like hydrafacials for my skin but it was done in a very relaxing setting. I have a massage scheduled this weekend that I'm looking forward to. I've done the spray tanning and I do the massage bed (hydromassage) almost daily. Worth every penny!
