Never received reminder for upcoming appointment and was told that they send reminders.

Hi Daniela, when you did not show up for your second appointment with us, we did try to contact you a several times. With it being your second time here we assumed your Vagaro profile was up-to-date with your current contact information. Having out-of-date contact info in that profile should be the only reason why you weren't receiving appointment reminders. Unfortunately Vagaro no longer lets us update your contact information on our end- you have to do it on your end.
