Yoga with Tina is the best you can get!

So far, I am loving the experience at this studio. 1. The Groupon voucher was easy to activate over the phone. 2. Reserving my spot in the Pilates mat classes through the online reservation system has been easy to navigate. 3. I've been to three classes so far - all in one week, and I feel great! I like the variety with and without equipment (bar, mat, circle, foam roller). 4. Everything is provided at the studio: equipment, water cooler, towels, and cubbies. 5. The atmosphere is relaxing and the hour goes by fast. No competition between students. :)

The instructors are great and will tell you about modifications if needed while learning yoga or Pilates. Great down to Earth people!
