Didn’t last very painful. She was late and had too many distractions to concentrate on her job.

Jennifer is truly an artist! I love my new eyebrows and I was surprised it did not hurt to have the procedure.My new brows are the perfect shape for my face and the perfect color to compliment my hair and face tones. Jennifer worked with me meticulously to achieve the look I was hoping for. This would make a perfect Mother's Day gift and it is such a good value. I am going to schedule permanent eyeliner soon. It is nice to wake up and look in the mirror and see my face framed with such nice eyebrows. With summer coming it will be comfortable to be in the pool or at the beach and not have to worry that my "eyebrows" are going to disappear ... in the water. Thank you Jennifer !!

Buyer Beware! From the moment I attempted to schedule the appointment, my gut reaction was to run! These are the reasons why I should have listened to my women's intuition: 1) difficult to schedule appointment 2) Jen was late to appointment 3) projected time to do eyeliner was longer than Jen estimated, and I had to move my car in the middle of the appointment so as not to get a ticket (on-street parking only) 4) very unhappy with final result, liner isn't uniform & I was skeptical when she started working on underside of upper lid (wet membrane) as it travelled into my eye & caused severe irritation. 5) the ointment sample (Aquaphor) she gave me to put on liner after procedure has a warning that reads: when using this product, do not get into eyes. Four weeks after procedure, I went to another technician to get a second opinion and she said that she NEVER does liner on the underside of lid on wet membrane, and doesn't know anyone else who does this either. She recommended I go see the Huntington Academy of Permanent Cosmetics in Orange County to see if they can fix it. Needless to say, I will not be going back to Jen for touch-up!
