Only bad experience using a Groupon. Although you guys were on top of it with getting me a refund cause of the horrible experience.
This business is the most underhanded, unethical business I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. They tell say they ran out of the advertised Kenwoodstereo, although there are stacks of them all over the office. Yasmin Assemi, one of the owners, is rude, condescending, dismissive and very sneaky. They preemptively posted 5 star Yelp reviews to offset the ones I threatened to leave on Yelp. I contacted Yelp and had them removed. Who does that? Adrian Assemi the other owner was more reasonable, but I'm not sure if it's cause I threatened to contact the Better Business Bureau, Sony, Kenwood, Yelp, Groupon, and the Stated Tax Board cause they are charging the wrong tax rate.
Yasmin refused to give me a detailed invoice for the "parts" in question. She also refused to give me a breakdown of how they came to the "$280 value" in question. The stereo retails for for a maximum of $79.99.
My only advice to you is to verify the advertised value of the whatever is being sold. You guys are rad though, and it's not your fault there are shady business owners like this out there.

To me the spirit of a Groupon should be a way for a business to spread the word about their good qualities to improve their business over time, not to make a quick buck and give rude, subpar service. I had a bad experience here (as did a lot of other people as I gathered from Yelp) and unfortunately that is the word that will spread about Elite Auto Collision.
