The massage was difficult to schedule although I called 3 weeks befor the groupon was to expire. The massage therapist seemed annoyed that it was too close to the expiration date, but she did agree to schedule the massage a few days later than expiration date. I expressed my gratitude then and during the appt. The massage was actuallyost disappointing and amounted to nothing more than running me down with oil. I had never had a massage without the therapist first asking about any areas of concern, likes or dislikes. She did not even ask about what I wrote on their info sheet. She was outwardly polite but seemed to be silently annoyed during the appt. I will not return not recommend salon marchessa.
