Splash! La Mirada's Buccaneer Bay Waterpark, La Mirada

This is a great place for the younger kids and the kids at heart. <3 Took my niece and nephew along with my hubby and had the BEST TIME!! May bring your own food since they have lockers, but you will need to eat outside of the water park. The second time around we splurged and ate the food they sell at the water park which was very good and pretty reasonable. Definitely purchase this Groupon, you will not be sorry and your kiddos will love it, so will you.

I went there for the ice skating rink which was a great disappointment. It was just a plastic sheet with silicon or something sprayed on it to simulate real ice. It wasn't even close to the real thing. My girls opted to take their skates off and just wear those blue booties that workers wear to keep the floors clean. They just slid around on them. We had them respray the plastic hoping it would be better but it didn't really help. Also the rink was very small.

Friendly staff, clean facility

I took my kids there for the ice skating and it was terrible, we walked out after 5 minutes. The advertisement made it look way better then it was. It was more geared toward little kids, had I known that I would not have wasted my $32.
