It was so cold inside the room I couldn’t even enjoy the massage.

I was not offered the choice of a female massage therapist. I am a male and prefer to receive massage from the opposite gender. Also, my massage therapist was sick and coughing during the session. At least he was masked, but this reduced the therapeutic benefit of the massage greatly.
