Regret! My Very Expensive and Bad Vibrations -
I used this deal and then signed up for 12-month unlimited. I stop go here since Jan 21 and sent them an email for not renew my contract which expires on May 24, 2019.
On Feb 21, after I gave this business 1 star on Yelp review, they sent me a bill for $150 for 'Late cancel /No shows' classes.
I already spent $1325 total in 7 months with GV.
Mr. McKim will try to sell you all kind of things from protein drinks to vibration plates...But he is rude and unprofessional. This is the reason I don't go here any more. I go to Genesis & Prairie Life Fitness now.
Do you want to have this same bad vibrations?
Ask around before sign any contract with GV - Learn from my expensive mistake!
When I email and asked Billing and cc him for the dates of Late Cancel/No Shows, the VP and CEO of GV answered:
"You will need to contact billing not me not Ann. Please refrain from wasting mine or my staffs with billing issues or there will be additional charges!"
So itt is $300 additional charges for one email and one review on Yelp -
Now, they said they will bill me $450 for Late Cancel (3) and No Shows (15) - I don't know how they keep record of these charges but I never receive any email about these charges until now.
Expensive reviews!

kimlien we cannot even locate you in our system, so you are obviously not using your real name, in addition we do not even have memberships for the amount of money you are claiming. Groupon users beware of this fraudulent review it is most likely someone who signed a contract in order to get a lower price then defaulted and was sent to collections. In fact mention this review and we will give you 30 days absolutely free to try it yourself!

Didnt realize I had to make an appointment and when I missed an appointment he called me to tell me that I would have to pay if I missed again so I canceled the remaining appointments. Waster of my money.

Lysette what actually happened is you scheduled multiple times and we had a trainer waiting not only did you not show up for the session but did not bother to notify us you were not coming thus taking up the spot of someone else. We only charge for no shows and only when it is a repeat offender which you were. In addition you were actually never charged anything!

The staff was great! They take great pride in what they do! I didn’t feel judged at all! A very small intimate place but worth it!
