I purchased four Groupons with the understanding that, while promotional offers may expire, the paid value would never expire. Unfortunately, I recently discovered that all four were flagged as "redeemed," even though I never visited the merchants or used any of the vouchers. I have not used or authorized the redemption of these Groupons, and it’s extremely frustrating to see them marked this way without any action on my part. I’ve reached out to customer support and am hoping for a resolution, but this experience has shaken my trust in the system. If you’re considering purchasing, be cautious and monitor your vouchers closely. I sincerely hope Groupon can address this issue fairly.
