So this USED to be an AMAZING experience. GREAT therapists and nice ambiance. Yet even from the get go there always seemed to be a scheduling issue/mistake or arguing with customers every time I went in. Seems they had an exodus of all but one good therapist (maybe they've hired more by now). Emily, at last I checked, is still there and she is great. The owner just doesn't seem to connect with pleasing the customer. I haven't observed any effort to warmly engage with anyone at the front desk when she is present. But I have witnessed several people not happy with one thing or another. Not blaming her for all of them - I just think it happens to often to be a fluke. Another inconvenience is they are always fully booked - sometimes a week or more to get in. Although I'm sure with so many quitting, it may be easier? Just sad because it had a lot of potential. Sure wish I knew where Alex and Amelia went to.

Impossible to contact. Once I did make an appointment they were closed when I arrived for it. I have yet to receive a response to my voice msg or text.
