Xtend Barre is Pilates and dance amplified. It brings in elements of dance, ballet and Pilates to create an adrenaline-fueled workout that strengthens, lengthens and chisels the body.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
No two Xtend Barre classes are ever the same! Our instructors choreograph every class to fit the every changing needs of our clients! Our wide variety of classes keeps clients challenged!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We opened our Xtend Barre studio to give Lafayette a new effective workout that didn't involve a huge gym! The look and feel of our boutique barre studio is very pleasing to the eye!

What do you love most about your job?
Results. Our clients usually see results in as little as 2 weeks and that keeps us motivated every day!
