I had a very disappointing experience with this laser hair removal clinic. I was charged for a service before any confirmation or clear explanation was given, and I was not asked for my approval prior to the charge. This felt unprofessional and unfair. Billing customers without consent is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this place based on my experience
