Monica was great! The only reason I give 4 star is bc I’ve been waiting for the hydra facial. The machine needs a part. Today I thought it was fixed but when I got there they informed me that they were still waiting for the part. If I knew, I would have rescheduled again to get what I paid for. Hopefully once it’s fixed I will go back.

Please avoid this merchant at all cost! I Have you heard of Mini Express Hydro Facials before? This is what you get by coming to ORANGE SCULPTING & AESTHETICS in Laguna Hills, such unprofessional and unacceptable place. My Hydro Facial was 24 min Hydro Facial with aesthetician Chloe who was immature and careless. Would you want to pay $100 for 24 min Hydro Facial? Owner checked me in and out and was rude and unprofessional. At the end I asked the owner why my Hydro Facial was only 24 min and she said this all you get for the Groupon deal your purchased. Owner claimed that I got an Express Mini Hydra Facial and offered no concern toward my satisfaction. I expected it to be a normal facial time such as 45-60 min. I still gave a tip because I can but left the place absolutely dissatisfied and pretty much hurt. Please spent your money with trustworthy businesses that do not mislead and fool clients and do not perform Mini Express 24 minutes Hydra Facials for $100. Businesses that do at-least 45 min normal and expected time for Hydra Facial and care for the clients.

Monika and I hit it off from the get go!! We are both of Polish descent, talked about my adoption, but overall, very gentle, caring, and is an excellent esthetician!esthetically!! When I come back for a visit, this is a definite enjoyable experience!! Thanks Monika!!!!

The suite was very clean and comfortable. Brianna gave an excellent Hydro facial and was a pleasure to meet. As a 60-something woman, my skin felt very youthful.
