What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? I style hair and do makeup.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? My passion for making everyone look and feel their best.

What do you love most about your job? Everyone has some hidden beauty; my job is to design and customize their look based on the texture of their hair, the shape of their head and face, and their individual lifestyle. I analyze my clients like a jeweler, polishing a rough diamond to reveal the beauty underneath. This passion has kept me going for over 30 years as a stylist.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? The most fulfilling reaction I get is when they smile and tell me that I've vastly exceeded their expectations. I often have clients call me after an appointment and tell me that their husband loved their new hairstyle so much that he took her out to dinner that same night!

I have tried several groupon offers for hair stylists, and though the service was satisfactory, I didn't find one I would return to on a regular basis. I'm glad I tried just one more: Sima gave me very personal and expert service, recommending a color and cut that suited me very well. I would recommend her because she listened to what I had to say, evaluated my type of hair, spent a good deal of time on the cut and color, and gave me tips on styling.
