MMT Fitness, Laguna Niguel

I have only went into two classes but I think my review is just as valid. This gym is very welcoming and despite being very new there’s no newbie tension. I was nervous going in my first time, but not only did frankie(the owner) make me feel welcome but so did the other people training. People would come up and introduce themselves, offer pointers without coming off as rude.Join this gym!

Wow! Gone to a few gyms for mma and boxing, this is a superior gym! They have almost a full gym where you can come do cardio or work on isolate muscle groups before/after your class. The studio is spacious and clean. The instructors are great at their art and teach heart pumping classes!
