What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Our salon concept revolves around out tag line Relax, Renew, Refresh! We want our customers to come into any of our salons to relax for a few minutes. Renew there skin in any one of our sun bed or sunless tanning products and leave our salons feeling refreshed.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Years of being involved in the fitness and tanning industry and having so many ideas I decided to finally turn them into realities.
What do you love most about your job?
Striving day in and day out to offering the best customer service in the industry and see our customers walk in the door happy to be here and when they leave saying they cant wait to be back.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
I have never walked into a salon so clean and immediately be greeted by your staff and amazed as to how knowledgeable everyone is and how they really take the time to educate you and you feel like you have there 100% attention.
