Horrible, need to speak to customer service they redeemed the voucher but I walked out
Unpleasant workers no appointments have to wait over an hour fir a b shots N not a clean environment so disappointed Groupon would sponsor this

BEWARE! After purchasing a B12 shot deal, they tried to start charging me $15 per visit. But they decided to wait until my 4th visit to tell me this. The previous 3 visits there was no mention of the additional $15. They would not give me my B12 shot unless i paid the $15. I called groupon and was issued a refund immediately. POOR BUSINESS ETHICS!
