The price was good but the service was horrible, communication is broken between the person on the shore and the person on the jet-ski duck (a 5 min boat ride from the whaler village), and their boss doesn’t answer the phone until the issue becomes a disaster then he blames his staff (very poor management style). It was my first time and I had high expectations but they ruined it.

Excellent experience! Luigi is a phenomenal and knowledgeable instructor and gave plenty of instructions on how to do Jet Ski and Fly board activities. I'd highly recommend to anyone looking to try new experiences!
