The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool and waterpark were well maintained and monitored, and my children had a wonderful time swimming and playing there.

This use to be the old Nickelodeon hotel. Now that it's a Holiday Inn I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They only cleaned our room once while we were there for a week. The pool was constantly dirty and kids were pulling fire alarms in the middle of the night. The main restaurant was extremely unorganized and unable to handle seating, which resulted in unnecessary wait times. No communication!!
