He was very nice!!! But the place seems like an abandoned building with no light except for the lamp to see where lashes are put. It seems scary.

The worse customer service to exist and rude. He takes your voucher wayyy before the appointment. People are saying he is rough. NO! He is rude, and I cancelled and called to get my voucher back. Not worth it yes, its a groupon which is a deal, but I'll pay whatever price as long as the customer service matches, he's not worth a dollar wait no a penny of anyone's money. Groupon Koi Lash is bad biz

Save your money my lashes started falling out the next day ... contacted the owner & he said it was normal lol definitely not I’ve done my own eyelashes & they lasted longer. Not to mention he’s a little rude & snappy& the place looks sketchy
