What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
My in-home gym studio offers privacy for my client and I. I work with clients to develop a customized plan to reach their goals quickly! I specialize in weight loss and toning programs.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Variety is key! I incorporate a large variety of exercises, equipment, and even implement fitness games to keep the workouts fun. No two workouts are the same!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
After finding my own success with working out and healthy eating, I wanted to help other women do the same! I opened a gym in my home to provide a private environment for women to feel comfortable while working out.

What do you love most about your job?
Nothing makes me happier than to see my clients reach their fitness goals. I am so passionate about doing everything I can do to help them see success!
