They accomodated my first facial, took a long time to schedule though due to COVID, understandable...But I purchased 2 facials which I never got. I reached out to them and she said that she will get back to me and was way back in November... It’s already January and have not heard anything... wasted my mo ey for purchasing 2 sessions.. this is unprofessional.
