If you've ever wanted to ditch the chopsticks and bitesized portions, then Hikari Poki Bar is a dream come true. In addition to classic sushi rolls, the crew whips up outsized poki bowls and two-handed sushi burritos. The bowls serve up 2–4 scoops of sashimi mixed on top off sushi rice, brown rice or salad. Combined with a slew of veggies, sauces, and toppings for a flavor explosion. The burritos supersize traditional rolls and replace tortillas with seaweed or soy wraps stuffed with everything from eel to shrimp tempura.
