Premier Pole has spent the last 10 years dedicated to providing a safe space for women of all ages and body types to explore and express their own sensuality. Students first try pole dance classes for a fun new workout but, after learning how to give themselves permission to feel empowered by their own femininity, they also find deep womb healing supported by a community of pole sisters rooting for their success. Premier Pole instructors pride themselves in their ability to make accommodations in class for each individual student while keeping it fun, fitness-oriented, and full of sexy movements to remind their students how amazing it is to be a woman! With an instructor team boasting over 70 years of combined experience, students here are in extremely capable hands in not just pole classes, but lyra (aerial hoop), chair dance, and meditative stretch classes as well as birthday/bachelorette parties and private lessons!
