Awful service and incompetent employees. Charged me double for insurance coverage and lied about the matter (I had to go to a real Verizon store to get assistance). Do not go here.

It's not a regular verizon store so you things are different and it's not as convenient as I would like it to be but I got some phone cases and screen covers so that worked out nicely
