Very friendly staff, professional service in a clean aesthetically pleasing environment. Made sure my skin was compatible with the service I purchased. They were not pushy with sales and told me about services I was interested in. Very nice experience.

I rated this spa 3 stars only because the front desk staff was nice but I feel that the esthetician didn’t really take the time to perform my IPL treatment correctly. Usually your face is cleaned before treatment but that didn’t happen so I got it done with sunscreen on. Also she only did about 8 to 9 pulses on each side of the face at very low intensity, without focusing on the areas of concern. I could feel the gaps between areas and I tried telling her that I wasn’t feeling the usual IPL sensation but was disregarded. The treatment was done in less than 10 minutes. I have done IPL many times and unlike prior treatments, my face didn't even get red, or got the brown coffee spots that are typical after IPL so I know it was ineffective. I am really disappointed because I was looking forward to this.

Do not go for laser tattoo removal. Getting mine removed and they seem to go down in voltage or however, per session…? I literally do not feel it at all. I’ve had tattoos removed before and I feel like it’s a gag. On top of this they put metal glasses over your eyes so I can’t even see what’s going on and if anything is actually being done. No soreness, literally nothing, on top of no progress.
